Design specs
A moderate aspect ratio, wider center section, and slimmer tips keep swing weight low, giving PLAY its light and playful feel. This combination delivers plenty of power while making it easy to pump onto the foil.
A slight dihedral and tailored profile distribution help the wing stay floaty and stable when depowered. This allows you to focus on riding the wave while the wing follows comfortably.
Sheeting in on the boom delivers a linear power response across a wide sweet spot. The more you pull, the more speed you build, balancing accessible handling with strong performance across a broad range of conditions.
Materials
The leading edge is made from high-density Dacron, providing torsional stiffness and structural support while keeping weight low. This helps maintain a stable frame under load.
Triple ripstop canopy fabric and reinforced leading edge seams provide durability for hard crashes and long sessions. Minimal stretch and even tension distribution help preserve the wing’s shape and canopy tension for consistent performance over time.
