We want you to be happy with your order. If something is wrong, please contact us and we will do our best to find a fair solution.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us at news@thejacobsenproject.com with your order number and a short explanation.

Items must be returned in good condition and, when possible, in the original packaging. Please do not send anything back before contacting us first.

Faulty or damaged products

If your product is damaged, faulty or has an issue caused by a production defect, please contact us as soon as possible at news@thejacobsenproject.com.

Please include:

Your order number
A short description of the issue
Photos or videos showing the problem

If the issue is caused by a production fault or similar, we will cover the return shipping and arrange a repair, replacement or refund depending on the situation.

Damage caused by normal wear and tear, crashes, misuse, incorrect setup, poor storage or unauthorized repairs is not covered as a production fault.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will let you know if the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be sent back to your original payment method. Please note that it can take a few business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Return shipping

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to a production fault, damage or an error on our side, we will cover the return shipping cost.
